Former Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin Named Barbara Jordan Visiting Professor

Shirley Franklin, who served two terms as mayor of Atlanta, has joined the LBJ School of Public Affairs as the Barbara Jordan Visiting Professor in Ethics and Political Values.
