Africa: Two Cosafa Nations Set for Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations

There will be at least two COSAFA countries will compete at the Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations in Senegal in May after the qualifying draw was announced by the Confederation of Football.
The Seychelles will take on Madagascar and the Comoros face off against Mozambique over two legs in the qualifiers with a place at the eight-team finals at stake.
The first leg will be played on the weekend of March 26-27 with the return between April 9-7. The Comoros and Seychelles host the first legs of their respective ties.
Madagascar won the African title in 2015 when the finals were hosted in the Seychelles.
Hosts Senegal, who have won the last two editions of the Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations and Egypt, the highest ranked team among the qualifiers, have qualified directly to the finals, which will take place from May 23-29.
